Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery to the European Union We ship to all 27 EU member states. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, which is outside our control
All EU orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs We currently offer free standard shipping to all EU countries.
Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason. Return shipping costs for cancelled orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
