For best results and freshest water quality, follow this maintenance routine:
Carbon filters — replace every 2–4 weeks (every 2 weeks in warm weather to prevent bacteria build-up)
Sponge foam filters — replace every 2 months
Full fountain clean — recommended every 2 weeks
Before First Use
Soak the carbon filter in a clean bowl of water for 5 minutes before installing. The filter must be fully saturated before the fountain is switched on — do not soak the filter inside the fountain tank.
