Confirm the clamp opening, supported mounting thickness, ball diameter, overall dimensions and included parts before purchase. The supplied written details do not provide these measurements or explain the ball-release mechanism. Do not assume it is a powered automatic launcher or accepts standard tennis balls.
Safe setup and care
Check the clamp and mounting surface before every session. Keep doors or other mounting points from moving during use, and follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Keep any ball path clear of people and animals.
Supervise throughout play and use only compatible balls that your dog cannot swallow. Inspect all parts regularly and remove the toy if damaged or loose. Stop if your dog chews the trainer or becomes tangled in any attached parts. Store away after use. This is a play accessory, not an indestructible chew toy.
