Designed around everyday care
Separate food and water storage: a 5L food hopper and 3.5L water reservoir, giving 8.5L combined storage rather than an 8.5L food hopper.
Scheduled portions: choose feeding times and portion settings to suit your pet’s routine.
Automatic water replenishment: the reservoir refills the drinking area as water is used. Pump-driven circulation and filtration are not confirmed.
Stainless steel food bowl: provides a dedicated eating area alongside the separate drinking section.
Desiccant compartment: designed to help manage moisture in the dry-food storage area.
Two power options: supports external power and four AA batteries. Batteries and a mains power adaptor are not included.
Choose your control version
Button Version: onboard controls with up to six scheduled meals per day. Choose this version for operation without app setup.
Wifi Version: up to ten scheduled meals per day, with app-based remote control when connected to the internet. Requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network; 5GHz-only networks are not supported.
Wi-Fi battery-mode limitation: when running on AA batteries, the Wi-Fi version follows its previously saved feeding plan but does not support connecting to the app to change the schedule. The supplier names two different apps, so confirm the correct app in the supplied manual before setup.
Food and portion guide
Food type: suitable dry kibble, with a listed grain diameter of 4–18 mm. Do not fill the hopper with wet or frozen food.
Portion settings: the supplier lists up to 36 portions per meal, with each portion approximately 7g ±3g. Actual output varies with food size and density.
Capacity: food 5L; water 3.5L. Volume does not equal a fixed food weight or a guaranteed number of days between refills.
Weigh several test portions using your usual kibble before setting the daily plan. Adjust the schedule to your pet’s individual needs and check food delivery and water availability daily.
Size, power and care
External dimensions and bowl measurements are not currently supplied. Check the station’s footprint and bowl access before ordering if space or your pet’s size is a concern. Confirm the required power-adaptor specification in the manual; a UK mains adaptor is not included. Clean and refresh the water regularly, follow the cleaning instructions and keep electrical components dry. Automatic feeding does not replace regular care or checks on your pet.
