Confirm usable internal dimensions before ordering; overall measurements include the carrier structure. Measure your dog’s body length, chest width and height and check that their posture is comfortably supported without compression. Do not assume every Dachshund, Corgi, puppy or senior dog will fit.
The supplier describes a rear drawstring opening, but its fit and safe adjustment need checking in the supplied instructions. For dogs with back, joint or mobility concerns, ask your vet whether this carrying position is appropriate.
Use and care
Follow the supplied instructions for loading, strap adjustment and any internal clip. Inspect zips, seams, straps, base and openings before every use. Never suspend or lift a dog by an internal clip. Supervise throughout and stop if your dog appears uncomfortable or distressed.
Keep ventilation unobstructed and monitor temperature. Avoid direct sun and hot conditions; never leave your dog unattended in the bag or a vehicle. Fold only when empty. Escape-proof, waterproof, scratch-proof and strain-prevention performance are not guaranteed. Airline approval and crash-tested vehicle restraint performance are not established.
Supplier care guidance says to remove the fibreboard before washing and never soak it. Gently hand wash the outer cover in cold water; do not machine wash, bleach, iron or dry clean. Air dry away from prolonged direct sun and hot-air blowers, following the actual care label.
