How to Use
Open the water injection valve and add the recommended amount of water (see size guide below)
Seal the valve and shake the mat until the water solidifies into cooling crystals

Care Instructions
Hand wash with mild detergent or wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Store flat or rolled when not in use.
