Size guide

Dimensions are listed in the supplier’s order. Confirm whether these are external measurements. Measure your pet’s body length and standing height, then check the usable interior and doorway allow them to enter, turn and lie comfortably. Choose by fit rather than breed or weight alone.

Basic and Set options

The supplier mentions nest mats and reminder stickers, but does not clearly identify which components are included in each Basic or Set version. Confirm the selected option’s contents before ordering.

Placement and weather limitations

The supplier advertises outdoor and waterproof use, but provides no water-resistance testing, seam construction, insulation performance or temperature limits. Do not rely on this fabric house as a fully weatherproof shelter or sole protection in cold weather.

Use indoors or in a dry, sheltered location protected from rain, wind and ground moisture. Check the interior stays dry and bring pets into suitable shelter during harsh conditions. Keep the entrance clear and allow free movement.

Care and safe use

Follow the supplied assembly and care instructions. Confirm washing method, temperature and whether any pad can be removed before cleaning. Dry fully before reuse. Inspect regularly for loose seams, exposed filling or damage and stop use if damaged. Keep away from heaters and open flames, and supervise pets that chew bedding.
