Check tracking compatibility before purchase
The supplier advertises smartphone location features but does not identify the app, supported phone models, tracking network, operating range or update frequency. iOS and Android compatibility must be confirmed for the selected device.
Independent GPS capability, cellular connectivity and continuous live tracking have not been established. Do not assume this locator provides real-time location anywhere or works without nearby compatible devices. Confirm how location updates are generated, any service fees and any account requirements before purchase.
Collar sizing and water exposure
Collar adjustment range, tracker dimensions and device weight are not supplied. Measure your pet’s neck and confirm the fit range and device weight before use. Allow a comfortable fit in line with the collar instructions and check regularly.
A recognised water-resistance rating and immersion limits have not been supplied. Do not assume the device is suitable for swimming or submersion.
Safe use
Keep button batteries away from children and pets. Check that the battery compartment is securely closed before every use; stop using the device if the casing or compartment is damaged. Seek urgent medical or veterinary assistance if a battery may have been swallowed.
For cats, confirm that the collar has an appropriate breakaway safety mechanism before use; this feature is not specified. Introduce the collar under supervision and inspect regularly. A locator does not replace supervision, secure fencing, identification tags or microchipping, and cannot guarantee prevention or recovery of a lost pet.
